昨日から今日にかけては妻がショートステイ
月に一度の命の洗濯
ささやかに缶ビール(500ml)とハイボール缶(500ml)で「鬼滅の刃」見てから撮りためたビデオをゆっくりと見た。
たっぷり眠った!!!
昨日の昼寝、夜間の睡眠(起こされないで朝[7:00]までは最高)、それと本日の昼寝。
普段の睡眠不足が解消するくらい眠った。
今日からまた介護生活が始まる。
来月のショートステイは10月23日から24日である。
楽しみだけど遠いなぁー
gmailから拒否された -> zip内のexeファイルが原因
初代xboxを夢の箱にしようと考えている方からどうしても見つけられないファイルの送付依頼があった。
拡張子 .rar と .zip だ。
最初、この2つを添付して送付しようとしたら gami から 以下の拒否メールがあったとぷららの中継サーバーよりエラーメールが届いた。

検索したら、どうやら gamil の規約に違反するファイル・タイプがあったらしい。
正しくは、.zip 内に .exe ファイルがあったためだ。
なので、一度解凍し .exe を .txt にして zip 形式で圧縮して送信。
受診先の方には、解凍後に .txt を .exe にしてご使用くださいとメール本文に記載した。
これでエラーが帰ってこなかったので受信できていると思う。
やれやれ。
